CrossRoads Christian Academy (CRCA) is owned and operated by Prevailing Word Ministries (PWM), Glen Allen Christian Fellowship Church (GACFC). CRCA is regulated by the Virginia Department of Social Services as a religiously exempt child development center.CRCA will ensure that 1.) activities and services are conducive to the well-being and development of all children and that 2.) health and safety measures comply with Virginia standards which promote a care-giving environment.
