  • Mission

To improve the medical care of underserved nonprofit clinics and hospitals by crowdsourcing donations, allowing each donor to vote on healthcare issues, and providing funds for medical supplies and equipment to our partnered nonprofit clinics.

    About Us

MDemocracy, Inc. is a New York City-based, 501(c)(3)-registered healthcare nonprofit, founded in 2016, that provides funds for medical supplies and equipment to underserved health clinics in the United States via crowdsourcing. We are students and alumni of New York University. We created MDemocracy because we were concerned about the lack of medical care available to the underprivileged people and the uninsured. We developed this unique platform to help free clinics to maintain and improve their medical care for those in need. We recently established a partnership with the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership, the student free clinic at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as a means to begin to enact our vision.

Our goal is to eventually provide medical supplies, equipment, and medications themselves both in New York and overseas in developing countries.
