About Us
Based in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco, Concrn aims to become a social service network connecting our clients-individuals suffering from homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse with trained outreach teams. Teams will make an effort to bridge the gap between individuals in need and local service providers and additionally offer case management in order make sure clients are connected to services and not just referred. Responders must have extensive experience in an outreach context or must have completed Concrn’s Compassionate Response Training (CRT) with a specific focus on the Tenderloin outreach program.
