  • Mission

We provide former street children in Kampala, Uganda with adequate food, shelter, education and medical care to elevate themselves, their families and the society in which they live.

    About Us

We are a small, vibrant and tight-knit organization committed to serving those less fortunate. Focused on former street children, our all-volunteer team in the US partners with a children's home and education program that began 20 years ago in Kampala, Uganda. Starting then with young children ages 4 to 9, today we have a permanent children's home in Kampala and a farm in the Ugandan countryside. Currently we have three college graduates, six University students and the rest in high school.

    Our Vision and Values

We hold a vision of children growing up with the opportunity and community support needed to drive their own economic, social, and political futures.

    We believe that children need:

    • a safe and loving home that welcomes family and community involvement
    • an educational foundation that nurtures each child’s individual potential
    • a supportive home environment that gives children a voice in matters that affect them
    • caring adults and mentors who understand the strengths, needs, and future goals of each child
    • respect, pride, and accountability in their home, themselves, their relationships, and culture
