About Us
The Macomb Children’s Healthcare Access Program (MCHAP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and wellbeing of Southeastern Michigan children. We serve families with children ages 0-17 who receive health coverage through Medicaid or qualify for Medicaid benefits. Established in 2015, MCHAP has been working tirelessly to ensure improvements in health outcomes across the region though both our own programs and collaboration with our community partners.
