  • Mission

NYC IT GIRL Collective’s mission is to inspire both residents and visitors to explore and connect with the arts across all five boroughs, especially in underfunded and underserved communities. We do this annually though our art walk called IT WALK; a free, self-guided public art walk, that spotlights emerging artists from across all five boroughs, showcasing their work inside over dozens of small businesses within the borough.

    About Us

The NYC IT GIRL Collective actively enriches New York City’s cultural landscape by creating accessible opportunities for artists and fostering community engagement through public art. Our upcoming art walk transforms urban spaces into open-air galleries, providing emerging and established artists with a platform to showcase and sell their work without financial barriers. By offering free participation, we ensure that creativity remains inclusive and that diverse artistic voices are amplified across the city.

Beyond exhibition opportunities, we preserve artistic traditions by celebrating a wide range of disciplines, from painting and sculpture to street art and performance. Through interactive experiences, giveaways, and live musical performances, we create a vibrant space where residents and visitors can engage with art in dynamic and meaningful ways.

By bridging the gap between artists and the public, The NYC IT GIRL Collective not only supports the local creative economy but also drives innovation by reimagining how art can be experienced in the city’s neighborhoods. Our work ensures that New York remains a hub of artistic expression, community-driven creativity, and cultural connection.
