About Us

College AIM was founded in 2013 at Towers High School to support students to and through college. At the time, a few teachers recognized the gap that existed — district schools failed to support low-income, first generation-college students.

Today, College AIM transforms school communities in Metro Atlanta by thoughtfully guiding and fiercely supporting every student to and through his or her post-secondary path, including technical college, two-year colleges and four-year institutions.

Over the past six years, College AIM has supported more than 550 students across five high schools and three school districts. Nearly 85% of those students have continued onto college, collectively having garnered more than $40 million in grants and scholarships.
