R. Merle Palmer Minority Scholarship Foundation

The mission of Palmer Scholars is to increase the number of low income students of color from Pierce County who graduate from a post-secondary degree program. We support our selected scholarship students (financially, emotionally, socially, and spiritually) who’ve demonstrated the academic capability and commitment to achieve in a post high school degree program.
