Pets In Need's mission is to advance the no-kill movement, reduce pet homelessness, and find every dog and cat a loving home.
About Us
Founded in 1965, Pets In Need is Northern California's no-kill animal shelter. We envision a world in which every adoptable animal finds a loving home. We accomplish our mission by rescuing animals from public facilities in danger of being killed, providing free spay/neuter surgeries for the pets of any California resident, and providing humane education for children and teens.
