Sound Legal Aid

Sound Legal Aid promotes access to justice by bringing together trained volunteer attorneys, staff, and community partners. We help people with low incomes resolve civil legal problems through legal advice, information, and representation tailored to their needs.

Sound Legal Aid is a nonprofit civil legal aid organization serving Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Pacific, and Grays Harbor counties in Washington. We help people who cannot afford a private attorney navigate civil legal problems, including eviction and other housing issues, family law matters, and domestic violence related legal needs.

Our services include legal clinics, advice and information, and representation in some cases, depending on eligibility and available resources. We work with volunteer attorneys and community partners to make legal help more accessible. We approach each person with care and respect, recognizing that legal problems often arise during difficult times.
