The Level Playing Field Institute believes that fairness is achievable, but there are barriers that exist that prevent this from being a reality in our workplaces. Our workplace programs are designed to take on the challenge of revealing and removing the barriers that prevent a fair workplace, to ensure a true level playing field.
We identify, reveal and remove barriers to a level playing field in workplaces through research, innovative communication, and targeted workshops and trainings. In this work we partner with individuals impacted by barriers, informal and formal advocates for change, and organizational gatekeepers.

Hidden Barriers Campaign - The Hidden Barriers Campaign and related projects are aimed at identifying, revealing, and removing hidden barriers to a fair work environment, both through organizational and individual transformation.
Research - is a starting point to inform our thinking and the projects we develop. Includes investigating and surveying employee and employer values, perceptions of fairness and the effectiveness of diversity practices.
Services - enable us to communicate our latest thinking and approach with other organizations. Includes targeted research, consulting and participation at speaking events.
