GoGirlGo! Atlanta - a project of the Women's Sports Foundation

  • About Us

Founded in 1974 by Billie Jean King, the Women's Sports Foundation is a national charitable educational organization working to advance the lives of girls and women through sports and physical activity.

Join GoGirlGo!, a three-year initiative to get 1 million inactive girls to participate in regular physical activity and keep another 1 million currently active girls ages 8-18 from dropping out of physical activity. Research points to physical activity and sport as fundamental solutions for many of the serious health and social problems faced by girls, including obesity, heart disease, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, diabetes and depression. Help us to inspire girls to be physically active, healthy and happy. http://www.gogirlgo.com/
