    Unified Community Connections, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving independence, productivity and the quality of life they seek. Incorporated in Maryland in 1953 as United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland, Unified was renamed in 2013 to reflect it's broad mission of supporting individuals with a variety of disabilities and a service area that goes beyond Central Maryland. Unified operates 45 residential homes state-wide serving 150 individuals and provides day program services for over 235 people at its centers in White Marsh (serving metropolitan Baltimore), Cumberland, Hagerstown and Frederick. In addition, the Agency's Delrey School in Arbutus provides comprehensive services to children ages two to 21 in a beautiful, state-of-the-art educational setting.
