Ten Thousand Villages of Huron Valley

  • Mission

Our Mission is to promote dignity, hope and a living wage for artisans around the world by selling their handicrafts, by telling their stories, and by educating locally about fair trade.

    About Us

Ten Thousand Villages is a nonprofit retail program that sells handcrafted items made by economically impoverished people in developing regions of the world. The goal is to create economic opportunities for crafts people around the world that help people help themselves. Last year, fair trade with Ten Thousand Villages benefited some 60,000 artisans in more than 30 countries.
