Outer Banks Hotline, Inc., founded in 1980, is a comprehensive direct service agency which serves victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. The mission of Outer Banks Hotline is: "Bringing hope and change through advocacy and empowerment." Outer Banks Hotline serves both men and women including the LBGTQ community.
Outer Banks Hotline operates a 9-bedroom safe house, a 24-hour crisis hotline, 5 thrift stores and provides trained advocates to support victims in their journey as survivors.
