The Alliance for Positive Change

The Alliance for Positive Change helps New Yorkers living with HIV and other chronic illnesses get a second chance to take charge of their health and reclaim their lives. We offer a diverse range of individualized, professional services in a nurturing environment, and include access to healthcare, social services, peer education and safe-practice counseling. The Alliance programs promote positive change, self-respect, personal responsibility and connection to community.
