    The mission of this organization is to improve the quality of life, preserve the dignity and well-being of the elderly, promote the growth and development of the special needs child, provide family caregivers with emotional support, physical relief, peace of mind, practical information and provide support for community volunteer activities.

    About Us

    Successful Living Center, Inc. a 501c3 nonprofit organization provide adult day care services to individuals with early to moderate Alzheimer's and related dementias. The goal of the program is to encourage independence and social interaction among individuals with dementia. Our hours of operation is 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. We provide respite for working families and elderly caregivers requiring a break to take care of their own healthcare needs. The types of services that are available to participants are:

    • Memory enhancement activities
    • Physical exercise program
    • Social activities
    • Individualized care plans
    • Nutritious meal and snacks
    • Arts and Crafts
    • Medication Assistance
