SELF HELP INTERNATIONAL

Alleviate hunger by helping others help themselves in Ghana, West Africa and Nicaragua, Central America. Self-Help International helps in those countries by providing the following programs:

- Feed Program from school aged children

- Micro Credit Loans for women in order to help them take care of their families and build a business

- Helping farmers grow Quality Protein Maze, which has 90% of the digestible protein as a glass of milk. The QPM is then used in the porridge made for the children in the feeding program.
