    The Jim Marsh Classic at Emerald Downs is a cause-based, all-ages, all-levels and all-abilities three-on-three basketball tournament that takes place in the Greater Seattle area. JMC was created to raise awareness and funds for both state-wide mentoring of opportunity youth as well as Parkinson's.
