    The Maria Kaupas Center (MKC) is a Catholic community center located in the Marquette Park neighborhood of Chicago. Founded in 2013 as a ministry inspired by the Sisters of St. Casimir and as partner to Catalyst Maria K-12 Public Charter, the Maria Kaupas Center provides a pastoral presence to the students and staff of Catalyst Maria, offering reflection and restorative justice opportunities as well as after-school program opportunities that focus on areas of personal enrichment, skill development, spiritual formation, community building, and leadership development. In addition to its current formation programs, the MKC maintains the legacy of St. Casimir Academy and Maria High School through its oversight of their Alumnae activities.
