    ESHC's mission is to truly make a difference in the lives of homeless families by providing the opportunity for them to remain intact, stabalize their lives, save towards affordable permanent housing, and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

    About Us

    Transitional Housing is the completion of a process which guides homeless people into permanent housing. The program requires the clients to seek job training, employment, continuing education, assessment counseling and permanent housing. Almost without exception, when the clients leave the program, they are moving into their own apartments.
