United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley
About Us
The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley will create positive change by collaborating with partners to educate and empower children and families in the Mahoning Valley.
Our two main focus areas include Early Education (pre-school/ kindergarten through 6th grade) and Emergency Services.
We fund several of our own initiatives including Success By 6, pre-kindergarten readiness program, Success By 6, wraparound services for students K-6, Imagination Library, literacy program for children birth to age 5. In addition, we support 31 non-profit agencies that do work in Education and Emergency services.
