    Our mission is to foster leadership and strong community collaborations that will plan, design and implement sustainable strategies to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Larimer County, Colorado. We are part of AARP's network of Age-Friendly Communities and work in four priority groups that has specific goals for older adults. Those priority groups are: Housing, Health & Wellness, Mobility and Access, and Culture of Aging. We don't provide a service. We provide solutions.
