Reachout Communities for Christ

Reachout Communities for Christ (RCFC) is a faith based non-profit organization fully registered and licensed by the NGO Board in Uganda REG No. S5914/8897 ; it was established in 2010 with an inspiration from Felix Kabuye, who desired to make a difference in people’s lives through introducing them to Christ as their personal savior and also trying to design programs aimed at improving their social-economic status. He shared his aspiration with a couple of Friends among whom was Mark Turpin who fortunately shared the same vision. He had previously been involved in community work through charity organizations, serving as a volunteer, program coordinator, peer educator as well as a Counselor and he had witnessed so many people facing challenges in life during his career and life background, some of which would be addressed by encouraging them to live Christ centered lives. In order to achieve his objectives he sought advise and assistance from his Community Church Leaders and Community development Officers. Therefore in this organization the promoters are bound together by a dire need to spread the gospel alongside enhancing human welfare using a socio-spiritual approach.
