  • About Us

Our vision is "Openness to exploring the mind in all of its depth and complexity fosters healing, growth and the attainment of full potential for the individual, the family, and society." Our mission is to realize this vision through psychoanalysis, as a clinical approach, a mode of investigation, and a widely applicable and evolving way of understanding human experience. Our objective is to accomplish this mission by training psychoanalysts and psychoanalytically-informed psychotherapists, and by supporting the efforts of all who share this mission, in teaching, reserach, interdisciplinary study, outreach, and the provision of affordable services.
