    Mentors Assisting Children (MAC) is a program operated by Youth Empowerment Services of New Brunswick, NJ. The program matches children in need of someone consistent in their lives with mentors, to foster one-on-one relationships that are at least one hour per week for a period of one year or more in order to support these children in reaching thier highest potential. Mentors are individuals who are committed, reliable, good listeners, have time to be a positive influence in a young person's life and care about seeing a young life change in a positive direction.
