    The Human Development Company (THDC) is a non-profit training and educational research organization, doing pioneering work by applying The Continuum Theory™, a breakthrough in human development, to deliver lasting change to the public and key sectors of society by transforming and inspiring them to reach their potential and fulfill their purpose.

    The Continuum Theory contains a groundbreaking concept of life span, developed a couple of decades ago. This theory has now begun to be validated by research. The theory has been presented at conferences nationally and internationally to professionals in psychology and human develop and received positively.

    THDC has developed the following Pilot Programs that apply the Continuum Theory and are ready for major funding.

    Love2Care - a 90-day clinical trial / behavior training program - at Danbury Hospital in CT - that integrates functional medicine and latest advances in the science of self-care via self-love to empower doctors, nurses and residents to take better care of themselves, and prevent burnout. This program has even greater potential for effectiveness when applied to less stressful workplace environments.

    First International Symposium on The Science of Love - held June 26th, 2016 in New York, brought together major researchers in the fields of relationship, child development, etc. to develop a new science of love as nourishment. Now in its 2nd phase - researching the concepts which were chosen at the symposium for efficacy.

    Saving A Marriage – Saves A Family™ – workshops and webinars for couples – a preventative and healing modality.

    R.E.A.L. – Resident Life program for college dormitories – includes training for parents, delivered by RAs.

    S.E.L.F.S. – K thru 12 curriculums – taking Social Emotional Learning to the next level – w/ Teacher and  Parent trainings included.          

    THDC Training Institute - Psychotherapist Training using new conceptual tools developed to integrate with other modalities. Teaches clients and therapist how to develop the ability to love self and others unconditionally.

    Parenting A Victor – Trains parents to teach Self-Sufficiency – and unconditional self-love to their child.

    LifePro™ – For people over 40 – new understanding of the aging process as a continuous developmental opportunity, that empowers individuals and helps them reach the pinnacle of being a contribution to society.
