    The Mangum Foundation was founded on the idea of helping people with physical and mental disabilities; soldiers; elders; veterans; the less fortunate; and the youth. Our organization believes that everyone should be able to receive assistance in rough times or situations of need. The purpose of the Mangum Foundation is to improve ties within the community, by involving citizens and unifying like-minded organizations.
