    About Us

As a UCLA Health System volunteer, you make a real difference in the lives of many.

Whether you're a retiree who likes new challenges, a busy professional whose energy is limitless, or a student who wants to know more about the world of healthcare, UCLA urges you to consider volunteering. While helping others, you will make many new friends, learn new things, have a choice of assignments, and have fun. We have many vital opportunities available: the UCLA Medical Center, Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA, NPI&H, the Jules Stein Eye Institute, or the Medical Plaza. Unique opportunities are available in a variety of departments including patient care, research labs, emergency rooms, admissions, information desks, pediatrics, outpatient clinics, gift shops and many more.
