Our mission is to strengthen vulnerable youth and the community by offering homeless youth a nurturing, safe shelter and transition services to youth inbthe communoty that have little to no guidence and desire to persue, complete and or achieve their personal dreams and goals.
About Us
TMOM's, was established as a new 501c3 in Oct of 2019 as a State Of Pa Nonprofit and received its federal tax exemption in Oct of 2021. Our focuse is on Transitional living for youth aging out of the foster care system and are not prepared for life as an adult. Are programs focuses on independendence and control over their life skills that will enable them to develop plans for the future by set goals and closeness in interpersonal relationships.
