The Washington Elementary School Foundation

The Washington Elementary School Foundation exists to enhance the school’s quality of instruction, to enlarge the resources to the school and to structure a community around them. The WESF’s role is to raise the money necessary to provide the tools and environments that the teachers and staff need to achieve this goal.Van-Go! Event:

A free community event in beautiful seaside Little Italy. The event will showcase the accomplishments and talents of San Diego county STEAM enthusiasts. Van-Go! is an opportunity for schools and businesses to highlight their interests in science, technology, engineering, art and math through multiple interactive experiences.

The event will host a soap box car derby race, with one of a kind soap box cars designed by Washington Elementary students.
