Rosemount Center is a dual language (Spanish/English) early childhood education and family support program serving children birth through 5 years of age. Rosemount, located in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of northwest DC, serves approximately 240 children and families in the District of Columbia through center-based and home-based programs. Targeting the poorest children and families (those at or below the poverty line), over 65% are immigrants, primarily from Central and South American countries. Rosemount also provides services to families who are able to pay tuition and interested in a dual language early childhood education environment.
