    Mission Statement: "WIN empowers people of faith to achieve justice for the common good." Founded in 1994, WIN uses the PICO model for faith-based commuity organizing to improve the quality of life in our communities. WIN is a private, non-profit community organization of faith congregations working for justice, through compassion and political accountability. Our membership is a federation of 30 congregations representing 40,000 families in the greater Baton Rouge area. WIN is an affiliate of the PICO National Network (People Improving Communities Through Organizing).
