E4 Community Development Corporation is a non- profit organization dedicated to developing and implementing plans and projects that improve the housing, social, and economic conditions of low and homeless income residents of the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and surrounding counties. E4CDC is committed to community revitalization by developing families first while developing affordable housing for low income and homeless residents. Recently we have broadened and diversified its scope of projects that includes community organizing, technical assistance to organizations and government.
