Tailored for Success empowers job seekers to become economically self-sufficient by providing resources, skills training and supportive reinforcement.  Tailored for Success aspires to be the community leader in workforce development.  We are committed to moving job seekers from dependency to economic self-sufficiency by enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence and skills.

The cornerstone program is our Women & Men's Career Closet.  This program provides job seekers with two suits and related accessories for their job search.  Clothing is provided free of charge and we strive to provide the highest quality clothing that we can be collaborating with retail stores, corporations and the general public to solicit donations of business clothing. 

As a volunteer, you will be trained in helping job seekers pick out suitable business clothing while boosting their self-esteem.  This opportunity is for men and women; we require a commitment to a two hour block of time.
