Vietnamese American Community Service Center

We are a local non-profit in DC's Ward 1 district serving Vietnamese and African refugees. We offer programs for both adults and children including: a parental resource center, an after-school program, and a mentoring program. Our mission is to help integrate the Vietnamese refugees into mainstream American culture by empowering and educating them.
