Hongaku Jodo of America is a Pure Land sect of clergy, that trains senseis and priests to work in engaged Buddhist services to those in need. No one is refused in their needs. Some of our priest work in Hospice care, counseling, hospital pastoral care, prison ministry, etc. We also have teachers at the New Mexico Institute for Buddhist Studies, po box 112, Glorieta, NM 87535
