KABIR : The Right to Information Campaign

We are a group of Right to Information activists from India. We are working on 'how a common man can make difference in democracy' when he is empowered by Right to Information. Indian people got an Act passed to ensure this right. Now we are working across the country and results are wonderful. It is encouraging to see how poor and deprived people are also questioning the rulers and are ensuring punishment for them if they they do not reply. We would that all the people in this world MUST have Right to know, everything in the name of system, policy and governance should be transparent and believe that then there would be no war, terror and corruption.
