Youth Workers' Alliance

  • About Us

The South End/Lower Roxbury Youth Workers' Alliance (YWA) is a grassroots network, building collaborations among youth programs and improving coordination and quality of services for inner-city and at-risk youth.

Our network is driven by the direct-service youth workers, people who spend time daily working with young people ages 6-21 in a wide variety of programs. Our network has 2 main goals: to improve services for youth and to provide a professional network for youth workers.
