About Us
PLAN of PA provides Planning, Trust and Care Management services to families of adults (age 18 and over) with autism, intellectual disabilities, brain injury and mental illness using a strength based approach to maximize potential. We are a non-profit that has been serving families in the five county for over 20 years.
