Created in 1990, CARES provides a wide range of services including: Managing Housing for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS, Community Planning, serving as the Collaborative Applicant in five Continuums of Care, administration of the Homelessness Management Information System, Grant Writing, and chairing the Capital Region Coalition to End Homelessness.
