Nome Community Center

The core mission of the Nome Community Center is to enhance the quality of life of the people of the Bering Straits Region through diverse programming serving elders, families and youth. On a programmatic level, Nome Community Center strives to fill in the gaps of service identified as community needs. Although specific programs may change as the need changes, our core mission of service and community mindedness remains steadfast. Making a difference and impact in the community and the lives of individuals is a consistent outcome of our work.
