  • Mission

Using a human-centered approach, PCLC provides resources and education to help Perry County residents overcome obstacles and guide them toward long-term stability.

    About Us

PCLC empowers adult learners by helping them remove obstacles on their path to educational and financial independence. Through these efforts, we ensure our communities have access to the resources needed to achieve stability, creating lasting solutions to poverty and unemployment in Perry County. We offer Adult Basic Educational programs, GED, case management, and support services. Positions on our Board of Directors, various fundraising committees, and one-on-one tutoring are our primary volunteer opportunities.
