    About Us

    After over a decade in higher education, R. Wayne Woodson founded The Woodson Foundation (Formerly The Woodson Fund). He noticed that there were a lot of resources to support students who were preparing for college. Once students enrolled and began the journey, the opportunities for support significantly decreased. When Woodson started his consulting company, he was consistently contacted by students in need of various services. The Woodson Foundation strives to meet the needs of these students across the country.
