MAGNOLIA KIDS CLUB

We are thrilled to announce that Magnolia Kids Club Inc., a subsidiary of Sweet Magnolia's Creamery, is hosting a free community outdoor movie night called Cinema Under the Stars located at the West Village Development in Scott, LA. The event will take place on September 30th from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.

We are reaching out to you today in hopes that you will be willing to volunteer your time to help make this event a success. We are seeking four volunteers to help set up activity booths, assist with free kids' activities and monitor the fun jump. We are also in need of individuals who can help us set up the movie screen, as well as cashiering our concession stand donated by Coca Cola.

In exchange for your time, we will provide you with free ice cream and dinner for the volunteers, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the movie with the community and their respective families as well. We kindly ask that volunteers arrive about an hour before the event and stay for approximately an hour after the movie ends or for the duration of their choice.

Please let us know if you able to assist us in receiving volunteers for this event! Your help is greatly appreciated and will help us provide a wonderful evening for families in our community.
