    The Council's mission is to be a collaboration established to support a seamless web of services for victims of crime and to support and acknowledge those who provide crime victim services in Dallas County.

    About Us

    THE PURPOSES OF THE COUNCIL SHALL BE:

    Reducing re-victimization of crime victims through education, networking, and advocacy

    Providing a network to facilitate communication and collaboration among individuals and agencies that assist victims of crime

    Providing educational and training opportunities for victim service providers and the community at large in relation to victims of crime

    Providing annual events in April and December to raise community awareness regarding victims of crime, to honor those victims, and to recognize those who serve and advocate for them
