Inner Strength Foundation

The Inner Strength Foundation is a dynamic and growing non-profit that supports teen development with mindfulness and developmental thinking programs. We reach 1900 teens a year in Philadelphia high schools. Our mission is to empower youth to realize their higher potentials. We provide mindfulness and systems thinking programs to high school students within the public school system of Philadelphia. The Inner Strength Teen Program is a CASEL recommended social emotional program. We currently reach 1900 teens per academic year. ISF activities include: teen mindfulness programming, teen mindfulness teacher training classes, whitepapers and publications in the field of social-emotional learning and trauma-informed tools for youth.
