  • Mission

We are driven to reach excellence in achievement, engagement, and behavioral health among boys and young men ages 5–24 years old.

    About Us

DREAAM has been in operation since July, 2015. Our goals are to build the academic and social emotional skills of our DREAAMers, to promote leadership among them so they may be forces for change in our communities, and to empower them to see that their dreams matter and can be achieved. We work on these goals through a number of different programs. In our Dream Big! Program, we connect our students with volunteers from the University of Illinois, Champaign community, and phenomenal teachers. We engage with students after school every week day, from 3:00-5:30, to ensure homework is completed and understood and that friendships get a space to form and develop. Our newest program, Hope for the Future, will seek to engage directly with the community to prevent gang membership and build postive ways forward. There are so many exciting events at DREAAM, we'd love to have you join the team!
