WOMEN'S VENTURE FUND, INC.

THE WOMEN'S VENTURE FUND, INC (WVF) is a multi-service, micro-lending nonprofit organization that assists low-income and minority women entrepreneurs in under-served communities in New York City to pursue their business aspirations, thereby benefiting the women, their families and their neighborhoods. Since 1994, WVF has helped women create viable businesses by providing micro-loans, training, mentoring, and peer support.

Unique among micro and small business lenders, WVF builds on the life experience of each client to develop her self-confidence, expand her understanding of business endeavors, and provide the resources and training to assume ownership of progressively more complex enterprises.
