    Founded in 1977, Southeast Asian Development Center (SEADC) is the leading social services organization dedicated to Southeast Asian communities in San Francisco and the Bay Area. ​

    Rooted in the Tenderloin, we provide youth, families, immigrants, and refugee communities culturally competent services that build independence and strength. Our client-focused programs provide tools for youth development, health and wellness, economic success, and more.
